Blogging from the iPad (and Rand Paul)

This is a test post. I've been investigating blogging from the iPad and I've purchased BlogPress.

Here's the first post. Sara and I are sitting and watching last night's Rachel Maddow show where Rand Paul is trying to split the hair between Libertarianism and racism.

Rand Paul does not approve of the Civil Rights Act as it applies to private institutions.

In my opinion, any business which requires a business license should be required to be nondiscriminatory. Period.

You can be an asshole in your private life. You can be an asshole in your speech. You are entitled to use the N-word.

But you can't deny people public services because you don't like their skin colour, their religion, or their sexual orientation.

You want to run a business? You gotta serve everyone.

Hey, Evan, I was seaching for Sara (she is an elusive woman) and found you. Sara and I knew each other way back when (about 10 years ago?) on a list called PHS. My online tag was Sorcha back then. I really loved her. When you guys came through Tacoma we met (maybe you remember?) Then some drama went down and we lost touch, but I've missed her.
